Winter Princess
How would I make a snow-white woman look beautiful (in literature) instead of grotesque like an albino caveman?
I’m a writer and I’m writing about a girl with very fair skin. I want her to be thought of as beautiful and not some albino troll that lives in a basement. (Excuse my exagerations)… What other qualities in the skin make a person beautiful (besides color… for example: “textures” or “blush”)?
If you have any ideas of other ideas (EXAMPLE: One of my ideas so far, if anybody can come up with similar/better ones, is that she “has ruby red lips and a constant blush above her gentle cheeks, a blush incapable of being concealed by such fairly pigmented skin.”) to help turn my albino girl into a winter princess, then I’d really appreciate this!
BTW… I don’t want to call my character “snow white” or “princess” because I don’t like using cliches in my novels. I’m not Stephanie Meyer!
Just because she’s albino doens’t mean she’s ugly…and I would just describe her skin as snow white and she looks like a snow white princess, as you have.
