Top Blouse
wearing a high pencil waist skirt and top need makeup help!!1?
i am going out into the city for the entire day and part night (with a guy hehehe) and need some makeup and hair help!!!!
my dress is a black high waisted skirt that really accentuates a small waist that reaches right under the bust and above the knee by an inch, and the top is a completely open collared top/blouse with short sleves in red. i am also wearing red high heels.
my complexion is:
skin: fair to light
eyes: hazel/green
hair: brown and is about 2 almost 3 inches shy of reaching the top of my butt.

What a cute dress! It really reminds me of the 50s, so keeping with that era, I’d go for a winged liquid liner. Keep the eyeshadows in a really natural color (something close to the color of your skin or a shade lighter), go for a light brown in the crease to give some definition, and maybe a light pink gloss (no red because it might compete with the shirt and look off). Good luck and have fun on your date!
