Bodysuit Set
I heard babys like to be swaddled…?(Ihave a few more questions.)?
I am having twins in November and was wondering if they will like to be swaddled and be close to each other? Will they sleep on there own or with each other (sorry for sounding crazy its just that I don’t know).

hey sweetie! congrats on your upcoming arrivals. you don’t sound crazy — you should see some of the questions I asked on here when I had my son, hah.
anyways, I have heard that twins like to remain together outside of the womb. they know each other in there and that’s the only person (besides you) that they’re familiar with. I’d personally keep twins together in a crib or bassinet until it seemed they didn’t want to anymore. you’ll know once they come home if that will work or not — you might have one that’s a great sleeper and one that is a fusser in which case you might have to separate them, but I’ve heard they like being together (my aunt had twins).
onesies are great to have on hand and that’s all my son wears still (at 5 months) for the most part. they’re nice because you can bleach them if they poop or throw up on them. they’re nice undershirts for layering. I bought a lot of side-snap shirts in the beginning though because I was afraid to pull the onesie over my son’s head (he was so delicate!):

so that’s another thing you could get. I’d get as few as possible to start out with just because you don’t know what size they’ll be and with twins you wouldn’t want to spend a ton of money just to have them not fit into them when they’re born. they’re probably going to be smaller though, huh? the newborn size fit my 7lb son when he was born for a few weeks, if that helps.
sleepers are nice too (the pj’s with the footies). I let my son sleep in a onesie most nights though, but he’s got a few of those. we co-sleep so I don’t want him to overheat laying next to me, so usually a onesie is just fine.
the gowns are nice though, especially for changing a diaper in the middle of the night, but they always rode up as soon as my son started moving around so we don’t use them anymore.
as for the swaddle blanket, I bought like 5 of them and my son came out and hated to be swaddled! I got him sleep sacks which were a bit better for him because he could move his hands around, but I really just prefer to layer his actual clothing instead of swaddling him down. he likes to be free.
